Im new to the game.
I've been reading this board for months and doing my own research.
Some of you really seem to know what you're saying based on my research.
Anyway, I've hit the wall.
I'm seriously looking into getting a little help from some "friends".
I'm 34 yrs old.
I weigh between 178 and 183 on any given day.
I lift on average 4 days a week and use sunday for rest.
Do cardio 4 times per week(bike, swim, treadmill) for at least an hour per session.
I'll be posting for some advice in the proper thread.
I'll post some body stats there.
And look forward to sharing info with all of you.
