    U guessed it...NooB here

Just wanted to say wassup to everyone. New to this supplement thing. I been working out for about a 3months now, really dont see too much of a difference but i feel better. Im on the chubby side and have never been able to get rid of it. Even at my skinnest, when i played ice hockey for 12 years, i still had the belly thing going on and a flabby chest. I stopped playin hockey and this flab has only grown. So here I am trying to do something about it, working out ofcourse, but i need a little help to give me that boost of muscle growth. Any suggestions on where I should start looking? I have a lot of searchin to do. Im 23, 175lb, and im so. Cal.(about an hr away from the mexico border) Thanks for lookin.

Question: for the sample meal he outlines for us, the lean protein is consumed with either chicken breat, fish, eggs, or lean steak? Im just starting to do my workouts in the morning since i have heard that its best to do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach. I was always told to have a protein shake with glutamin right after a workout, i guess im wrong. I should just have my breakfast instead? 3 egg whites with a 1/2 cup of regular oatmeal is sufficient? Then for meal 2 i would have my protein shake. For meal 3 a peice of chicken breast with veggies. Meal 4 fish n veggies. Should I be having another shake for a 5th meal? I only work out about 4 days a week(t/thu/sat/sun). thanks again guys. Any suggestions would be great.

    Thanks fellas

Been doing quite a bit of reading, certainly learning alot about dieting. I had it wrong all along, guess that would explain why i never really saw results.
