    So my eyeballs hurt from reading for the last few hours.

    Maybe someone can give me some info.

    I just purchased avavar in a 5 mg tab form.

    From all around reading it looks like I should consume around 50-60mg a
    day. I am not to hardcore so I was thinking 50 to start and carry through the
    cycle. I also consume by body weigt in protein, good vitamins and a thermagen.

    I plan on gaining a little size over the next year. but I would like to cut up alot.

    Is there anything I should take extra.

    by the way that is not my picture, i thought it was funny.

    I am 6-1 205 24 years old. I have been building quickly and naturally for the past two years.

    I am about 16.5% bodyfat right now.
