    Returning To Bodybuilding after years

Hi all, im coming back to bodybuilding after a 7 year layoff.

I started bodybuilding at the age of 18 and progressed through till the age of 27 where i joined the armed services. There in was a halt and i guess regression of my BB career but it was my own choosing because i became stale and lost the hunger to train. At my best i was 27 years old 5'10" 116kg and 12% body fat. I had won a few state titles and placed well nationally when i was 25 yo.

I am 34 years old now and my BB hunger has returned so I have been training now for 6 months and allready am 110kg (242 pounds). I have made plans to continue my carrer where i left off but this time im going further and have decided to use AR forums as a tool as a catalyst to rekindle my enthusiasm and help me along the way, so i guess i will be seein you around!

BTW pics of me at 25yrs.....

At the age of 27 i was going ok, i had a 200kg bench for 4 reps, 575kg leg press for 15 reps (as i couldnt squat anymore)....... but that was then, im working my way back but im finding i really have to pace myself because the strength comes up before the recovery and connective tissues will allow, benching 180 kg at the moment but i keep having to drop it to 140kg and 160kg because of slight tears to my left pec. Also leg press is at 440 kg for 12 at the moment......
