38 old newbie
Hello,
I'm 38 and have been lifting for the past four years. I have decided to do a cycle. I'm still researching stuff. There's so much to learn that the average joe does not know that probably does them. I learning about pct's dieting there just so much to take in. Then on top of it you need to find reliable sources for your gear. my head is spinning. I got some blood work done. Any info you guys can offer a newbie will be very much apreciated. Oh yeah my spelling sucks it was my worst subject in school.

I started my first cycle when I was in my thirties also.Get ready for a rebirth.
Test is your best bet for a first cycle.250-500mg a wk for 10-12 wks will bring you great results as long as your training and diet is right on.Remember,you got to eat to gain.So EAT!

Thanks for the warm welcome. I appreciate the input I think my first cycle will be Test e and deca with the proper pct's. Has anyone else used this Cycle or something similar? Any input appreciated.
