    Talking New Guy

    Whats up? im new here.Been lurking and watching decided to join.Been lifting 4ever (mostly as a Powerlifter) & decided to try some bodybuilding.Diets suck but hopefully my outlook on that will change! LOL!By the way i havent gone to the darkside as of yet!LOL!B.S.Crew is a group of guys that im putting together at our gym that has bench pressed 400lbs or more.B.S. stands for Benchpress Specialists!Im the only one(so far)that is benching more that 500lbs.

    Welcom,

    My friend Joe can bench press 465lbs and he's natural. He's about 250-260lbs used to play line for Weber State, he's natural too. But is looking to use As to get cut, he's Hawaiian. Big mother too, but the best guy in the world.
