    ShrpSkn new to the board...

    Hello to everyone. I just signed up and have come across many interesting things here since joining just 2 days ago. This is the first board I have become a member to related to bodybuilding. After looking elsewhere, I decieded this site was a sure bet.
    I lift regularly and have been steady at it a little over two years now. All natural the first year and in the last year I decided to take it to the next level and try a couple cycles. Results have been fantastic. I'm 27, 5' 10", 185lbs, 8% bf. My max bench is 315 and max squat is 465. I continue to make steady improvements in strength and size.
    I have done alot of looking around the board and I see we have some very knowledgable people here. It's great to have a site like this that is here for everyone to work together to reach the goals we have set for ourselves.
    With all said, I want to say that I'm happy to be aboard.
