    Smile A quick hello and intro

    Hi every one.

    Looking forward to a learning experience ..... 44 yrs old very soon and looking for ways to keep improving.

    Was state level basketball and track and field up to age 16, been lifting since age 18 and martial arts and boxing for 25 years

    As we all know every year it gets harder (I wish) and having a 24 year old wife means I need all the help I can get .......

    haha you sound like quite the pimpdaddy, anyway you'll learn a lot here man, these guys are smartasses but they are quite knowledgable with nutrition/aas/weightlifting...welcome!

    well in the lounge they are smartasses...not so much in the other forums that require help and information
