    Hey, I'm new too!!

    Here MY deal....
    47 y/o
    220lbs
    15% body fat
    Been training all my adult life
    Mostly cardio type activities
    1 1/2 3 days a week on a heavy bag
    Have worked with trainers in the past, but everyone has their own agenda
    Started to train myself and my two sons (will be 15/17) thats cool!
    They are lovin it and they are machines (I love it too)
    No gear for them.....just protein......and they don't know I am on!!

    Relatively new for me....second cycle.....Test E and Deca

    What else.......divorced.......love to spend time with my kids (hate my ex)

    Own an Allstate Agency (Insurance) don't do much there (staffed)
    Spend most of my time in my cabinet shop where I make one of kind, really
    F@#king expensive furniture for decorators. But that's what I love to do. I have a complete gym in that building and a dojo. We also workout in Tae Kwon Do and ride dune buggies and shit like that.

    Welcome brutha! I am about your age too. I've been divorced, Have Three great kids and also have trained in Martial Arts since age 11. I'm 6'2" 230lbs. Too bad we live so far apart you are my kind of guy! I could use a training partner like you!
