Just wanted to say hi. I'm trying to get back to lifting after a rotator cuff injury 2 years ago and my shoulder is still sore and popping when I lift. Trying to get some info to get going again .

I can totally relate to rotator cuff problems, I used to swim on the U.S. national team until I my rotator cuff went to shit, had to get artificial cartilage put in and had surgery twice. Lifting has done wonders for me and the pain decreased alot since I started getting hardcore into it. Hitting front and side delts hard really helped me tighten the joint and relieve some of the pain, just a little FYI....anyway welcome dude!!!
