    Smile new guy here

    thought i would introduce myself, only 23yrs old 5'11 180ish around 10% bf. this is my second serious year in the gym, started out at about 145 and around 12% bf(ouch), my biggest was 190ish 15% bf(diet needed mods...lol). i have been doing lotta reading on the site and i like what i see so i thought i would register.
