Back in boards
Well, I'm back hittin' the boards, been gone for a while. Lots of knowledge and years doin' this, so hopefully I can help some new guy's comin' into the game.
Here the facts:
6' 3"
284 pounds
9 1/2 % body fat
35 years old
I been liftin for about 15 years, since I was 20. Got serious around 25.
Did my first cycle at 26. Have alot of cycles under the belt and have tried just about everything untill I found what works for me. Just out here trin' to help!!
