New but not so new
Just registered here after being a long time lurker i suppose. I have already learned a tremendous amount of nutritional information from the diet forum and hope to continue to learn. I will be playing baseball as a college freshman in a few weeks so I'll continually be looking to improve myself physically over the next four years in hopes of getting drafted some day. Hopefully all your advice will help as I am an avid learner.

much like 7f8 said above, i am new, but not-so-new as well. i heard about this site a year ago and from time to time i have checked in and now have read all of the stickys. i have learned so much on lifting, dieting, you name it. finally decided to start posting some feedback now that i have been training for over 2 years and reading mags and posts here about body building. its a good place to ask questions and compare your experiences with others. glad to be a member! whats up everyone!!?!?!?
