newbie here, ready and willing
Hey everyone. I have been reading you guys for a while now. I have been working out heavy for a while now. About 4 yrs ago I did two cycles of cyp, but was very uneducated. I read what you guys discuss and to be honest, I sometimes feel like a kindergardner in a college chemistry class. I don't really have the slightest idea how to get, what to get, or what to do if I get... I am 6'2" , about 155lbs. My main goal is two cut up. I think I have a decent amount of muscle mass under this fat/water/sh*t. I just turned 30 !!! If anyone could please assist me, I would be very grateful !
