New to the Board and Ready to Change
Whats goin on guys? I need a jumpstart to building muscle. Im 21yrs old, 5'11 about 165. Im tired of seeing myself in the mirror and want to get into shape. I have been to the gym off and on over about a year. Im ready to give this a try...any recomendations for a Newbie? I heard Deca may be good, but how much and all that? I just need some recomendations if you guys could help me out...Thanks guys.

I would just hit the gym hard as hell w/ just some supps and a good diet, then when u get up there pretty good start mapping out something for AS. Anyhow, welcome to the board.

i'm new too , and i m sure that you can add some muscle mass without deca ....
Have you tried a good creatine associate with a good gainer (50% protein , 50% carbs) ?
i started workout with it , and i had easily won 13 pounds in 1 year...

Yeah Ill give some suppliments and some steady working out a try before AS. Should I try a weight gainer? Ive never thought about it, I do use creatine and some whey protein after I work out.
