    wudd up everyone!!!!!

    hey my name is mike! im 22 years old and been training hard of about 3 years minus a couple mounths here and there form some hand injuries ive aquired from fighting! im 5"11 225lbs just wanted to introduced myself. this is a great site and ive been reading stuff from here for a while now but just never registered.
