    Hello all.

    Thought I'd introduce myself.

    I've been bodybuilding for about sixteen years now. I started when I was fifteen (saved up some money and bought a second hand bench and some free weights from my mate and worked out in my bedroom). I'm 5'9" and 268Lbs, currently bulking up to reach 290 this time.
