hey i lifted all throughout highschool, but didnt really learn to eat right or to lift right for that matter ti;; about a year ago. ive been out of the gym for some tmie now, just been back for the last 3 months. bench is back up to 295 or so. 6' i weigh about 220 lbs and ive got no wheels lol. i'm intersted in juicing, but ive got alot of reading to do first
