    WuzzzzzzzzzzzzUP Everyone!

    Hello everyone! Finally took the time and signed up for this site, ive been reading for awhile and can say that I have learned alot off this site.

    I have worked out up unitl 11 grade and now a few yrs later iam back at it for 10 months strong now and eating right which over the past 10months I have went from 145 to 190Ibs Iam about 6'1 and still trying to get as big as possible.

    Once I get a new digital I will post some pics...

    this kid is SOFT... I'M TELLING YA lol.. seriously its amazing though, i didnt see him for like a year and he literally gained 50 lbs of lean muscle in like... a year... clean
