Very new here....as formerly at Hard and ripped 30 this year married/lost my shape 10 years back due to a bike accident and had a BURST L1 spine and Fracture pelvis,Now just trying to gain back some muscles and strength..nothing in particular to grow like HULK :icon_roll .....Very happy to get into a forum without much politics or so on.
