    Cool New guy with pic

Hey guys. I am 19 years old from Canada. I am here for some guidance and research and to ask questions. I have never done any cycles thus far but I am considering it. I want to compete in bodybuilding. I have been training seriously for a year, just using creatine and protein. Thankyou for a warm welcome (hopefully) .

    Peace my brothers

btw, how big are those bi's? They look to be about my size (18.75"). And I would guess your bench @ 310-340. Correct?

A lot of great diet/supplement info can be found here, but I'd suggest waiting a couple more years before hitting a cycle. Let your own natural levels settle down some.

    Welcome!

Definite BB possibilities if you are patient. Learn more about your body and the way it reacts to diet, supplements, weight gain, weight loss, etc. etc.

My advice (and 2 cents) is to go at least two more years and see what you can do naturally.
Wasn't that what jmt just said?

Welcome to the wonderful world of AR - it's the $h*t!
