Hello everyone,
First of all i would like to give my background. From childhood i always wanted to have a good physique. I always dream of getting big. I was skinny all thru my childhood. Now i am 26yrs n 154 lbs 5 ft 9 inches. For past 5 years i have been working out irregularly. I mean 4 months continuously and than off for 6 months. Though i have a decent physique as compared to an average joe, i always wanted to get big, n i am now really serious. I mean it guyz. Thats one of the reason i m here. I would love if someone could give some advice on how to make a good physique in a non anabolic way. I would take steroids if required but in a limited quantity. What are the side effects noticed at later stages.
