I'm 20 years old been away from lifting for 1 year working 2 full time jobs. finally back to a normal workload and getting back into the gym. Need to bulk back up. My metabolism is insane fast and have a hard time putting on weight. I have a small frame 6'1 175 right now. bench is at 190. Seriously considering juicing. Any input?
