Hello all,

I've been a member of one other bodybuilding forum that has a good reputation for great knowledge, although the mods there behave strangely. Maybe they are scared of canadians...

I try to help a lot, I have a good deal of experience in dieting, training, IGF-1 and recently with "protohormones" or "designer prosteroids" whatever you call them here. No real gear experience although I have read a lot and will eventually just HAVE to try that.

I'm 38, 5'11" 228lbs, 13% bf. Can bench 315 x 4. Always do deep, slow reps.

I like most people from day 1 and I'm sure I'll like it around here.
