    New To A.r

    Hey everyone! just joined up. This site looks like you could learn a ton an thats what im ready to do. Its cool to look in this site an see all the poeple out there that have your back. Im 6'ft 190. Iv been workin out since i was in high school. I trained butt off everyday there an ever since i left. Played sports all my life. I train in MMA. Im very competetive. Iv been off for about 3 months due to shoulder injury. All good now. Ready to get back into the game. Thanks for all the help!!
