    Hello all, newbie here

    I am 35 ,and have been put on HRT after a bout of epidimitus and kidneystone surgury. Looking to get back on track now and ways to maximize my treatment. Since I started I have notices a very noticeable elevation in mood and energy, need less sleep. I also had to start Arimidex cause the first week out my nipples were killing me, very suceptable to Estrogen..

    Welcome, your Doc put you on Arimidex ?

    Before upping your doses to cycle levels, I'd do all the blood work and physical checks the doc needs to do. Make sure you get in 2 solid years of training before doing a full on cycle. You could damage joints or tendons, with the higher weight you'll be lifting, then you could need surgury and that would set you back. Go slow, so you'll be ready for that first cycle

    Yeah the first shot I got in office the doc gave me a 2ml shot 400mg for a month, just one shot. A few day slater my nipples were driving me nuts, itching then hurting, so he gave me Armimidex. Now I take my Test cyp at home and i adjusted the dose to 1 ml every 2 weeks to even out the levels. Now jsut trying to get the right does of Arimidex cause the 1 mg tab a day i know is too much cause I felt sick after a few days so I cut back to 1/4 evey 3-4 days cuse it lasts 50 hrs n your system.. is this effective?
