    Aloha n00bie here....

    All the way from paradise. First I want to thank ARR for their quick service with my very first order of Cia. I and my wife are extremely pleased.

    I'm really not into body building but I am working to shed about 40 pounds in the next 6 to 9 month (or earleir). I was reading up on available products such as T3 and Clen but being in the military, I have to watch what I use, (golden flow tests). I've been active for 17 years and I don't want to mess that up with 3 years to go.

    Basically my goals are to lose fat and tone up what I already got. Not big into sports but I do bowl 3 to 5 times a week. Anyway, if you can help this old salt with any helpful tips about ARR products or in general, it would be greatly appreciated.
