new to the board
Whats up guys I'm new to the board just to give a little background about myself I'm 23 6'2'' 265 I've played football for 18yrs. currently at a D-1 school so I have alot of background in strength training. I recently went through major knee surgery I tore my MCL,LCL, and PCL and tried to get a 6th year of eligibility granted by the NCAA but was denied. So that brings to where I'm at today I've had to constantly eat to keep my weight on to play on the o-line.I've already dropped 20 pounds from to 285 to 265 I'm looking to get a more toned ripped look. I want to get down to about 215-220 so any help that you guys could throw my way on a good diet would be much appreciated.
