New to this site
Hi there all. I would like to introduce myself. I have been browsing these forums for quite some time now and feel that I might hopefully at times be able to contribute, as I have also picked up a thing or two on here! I have been involved with bodybuilding for quite some time now (13 years), have done numerous cycles & just looove the sport. (stats: 6’3”, 268 lbs, 13% body fat). Cheers!

A bigot is a person obstinately or intolerantly devoted
to his or her own opinions and prejudices, especially
one exhibiting intolerance, and animosity toward those of differing beliefs.
If you get scammed by an UGL listed on this board or by another member here, it's all part of the game and learning experience for you,

Thanks guys. You've got a pretty neat forum going here -> looking forward to contribute & to learn more as i have already done by frequenting this site.
My belief is that bodybuilding (or any other physical training) is 70% mental and only 30% physical (not the other way around)...knowledge, persistence, diet, motivation, self belief (& humbleness!) etc is what it's all about -> if these are all in line the body simply do not have a choice but to follow and improve accordingly.
Just a little window to show how I see things and what I use as a basis..
