    Cool Hello fellow members!

    I have been lurking for about 3 months, joined awhile back. First post/ intro.

    I am in my early thirties, (31) I have been training off and on for about 5 years. Currently I am at 6'3 260 with approxamitly 15-17% BF.

    This has been a very informative site. So much to read, study and observe! I have not started a cycle yet, as I am getting my Diet,(#1 priority) Training, 1st and PCT cycle planned out, to where I feel it will work, once that happens I will then ask a few questions, and get some expert advice.!

    Then change and possibly adjust accordingly
