Hello,

Great site. About me......I've been working out dilligently for about 4 years now. I've spent most of the last 4 years of my active life doing various cardio challenges such as marathons and triathlons. I've always excelled in activities that featured long duration challenges (obviously) so this is the start to a new challenge. My goal is to put on 6-8lbs of muscle this winter. I've attempted to gain mass in the past, however, I've always strayed away from it due to the uncomfortable feeling that I carried around in my stomach during these attempts. I've spent the last week or so reading various posts pertaining to the goals that I have in store for myself and I already feel educated thanks to many great posters on this board. I bring a good deal of supplement experience and knowledge to the board, and I can definitely help you shed some weight if you need help in that arena.
