just a quick intro
I've been browsing the boards here for the past few weeks and I really like what I've been seeing, so I figured it was time for me to join in. Here's a little background on me:
I'm now 35 and have been training on and off since I was 10. I was never very serious about it until about 4 or 5 years ago. I'm 5' 6" and currently weigh about 210 lbs. I'm not sure of my bf%, but I would guess around 12-13%. I've never been into competitive bodybuilding, I just do it for myself because I really enjoy it. My main goals right now are to increase my strength and also to add a little more muscle density and hardness. I have now done several cycles, but didn't do my first one until about 3 years ago.
I've noticed that there are a lot of very knowledgable people on here and am looking forward to learning a lot from you guys and maybe even sharing some of what I have learned over the years.
I guess I'll see you guys in the forums. I'll probably spend much of my time in the powerlifting and diet forums.

Good to see someone who isn't 18 years old here for once. Your experience is welcomed here. See you in the fitness forums.
