    A quick hello

    I've read Flexor's posts on another forum and decided to check this forum out. Hello from So. Cal. It's about 75 today and partly sunny. Kind of sucks for around Christmas time.
    I've been lifting for about 15 years with a bit of a hiatus several years ago after I got married. Been back into it for a while now and sure have learned quite a bit.
