Hello all,
I've been lurking for a few days doing a bit of reading, and i must say there is a load of great info here!
Heres a little about myself. I'm 21, from Canada. I've been lifting for as long as i can remember (13 maybe) to help with my track.
The only thing I've done close to a cycle is 6 weeks of S1+. But now after blowing my knee out (torn ACL), I'm planning on concentrating on body building.
