    Talking new lad

    hi, just a quick note to say hello to you all. i've been training naturally for just on three years but only for the last year strictly. i'm looking to move up a bit now so i suppose thats why i'm on this board. i'm currently approx 180lbs and 19%bf. i'm going to start with a little epedhrine (excuse the spulling please haha) to lower my body fat percentage and then onto some oral androl?? and/or d bol?? any information would be great

    Welcome to AR buddy. Keep researching as you should know never to use anadrol and dbol at the same time. Holla at me if you need help.

    Welcome! Most members will not recommend an oral only cycle. Test E cycle is the choice of this site. Good luck!
