    Smile Lurker Introduction

    Hey, what’s up guys? I’ve been viewing this forum for the past year or so, only recently began training hard and putting the knowledge I've picked up to use.

    A big thank you to everyone that provides solid advice in this forum (too many to name individually) as I've really seen results in my physique . Just wanted to introduce myself, and drop the "lurker" title.

    Stats:

    Age: 24 years old
    Weight: 210 pounds
    Height: 5’10
    Training Experience: 2 years
    BF%: 14%

    Currently in the middle of my first cycle (wk 7), running test cyp 500mg alone for 16 weeks, moved up substantially from the 188 I started at.
