    Thumbs up Great Site!!!

    Been checking this site out for a while now and glad i finally joined. The amount of great information is unbelievable and everyone seems to be really helpful. Been working out pretty steadily for about 4 1/2 years now and i must say I have already gotten answers that i have been searching for years for!!! Looking forward to gaining some more knowledge from everyone within the site... thanks for the help!!!!
