    hello from the fng

    50 yrs old, fat, and lazy...Learned of the site from a friend of my son who is a natural bb. I have been lurking for several months doing research and in alot of cases having a good laugh in the anything goes threads. Became fat and lazy in large part to a hormome defeciency...test and a blown out hip that required surgery and PT for a loooong time.

    Had blood work done and now on 200mg every three week of depo test. I know as far as building goes that is nothing, but has made enough difference to fire me up and get my fat ass back to the gym. Also since mid Dec. been doing 1/2 iu, then 1 iu, and the last two days 2 iu of jintropin. Had a break in there of 7 days.

    I am keeping a journal and will post results, if they are worth posting.

    At any rate..this seems to be a great site and am looking forward to learning, trying not to ask any stupid questions, and never ask for a source...I get it...I get it.

    Thanks to so many of you that provided either valuable information or comic relief.
