    New Guy needs advice

    How's it going,

    I am really impressed by alot of the profiles of some of the people in this forum, I am sure alot of you have some good advice as well.
    I recently got out of the Marine corps and am now in college, I have access to a decent gym but no decent supplements. After I got out I took a couple months off from the gym, and I was really surprised at how fast my body deteriorated, in fact I was really bummed out about it. I have re hit the gym and am doing cardio every other day, I have got back alot of what I lost, and now I am looking for some hardcore routines, and some hardcore anabolics. Any routines and anabolics that gave you serious results, I am interested in. I am really intense when I workout and your advice will be put to good use,
