    New To AR

    Sup people hows it going I just wanted to introduce myslef to the forum.
    I'm currently 245 and want to lose pounds. A friend of mine told me about this place and this is the person who had me all big and buff during the summer but he is now living in Cali. I want to get back like that but right now I am just interested in losing 20 pounds naturally. I was in football but dat is over basically all this year did was make me fat again because i didn't start and all I did on the wknds was party my bad but it's HS. I am 18 and just wanna get back to looking big not fat.
