training frustration
hi guys
just tryin to get some guidance! can anybody help, ive been training 3,4 somtimes five days a week for a year,on the protien sups (whey) eggs etc. and just seem to be treading water slow gain is the word, just wondered is it possible to try say deca , on a small scale to achieve results without all the terror you read about?

If you just want to gain some quick size you could just eat 1000 more calories a day for 3 days and you would gain weight pretty quick. If you are doing cardio, then stop that and start walking for 15-25 minutes, 3 days a week.
If you were to try deca alone you would be hurting yourself more than help yourself. Just eat, eat, eat.

check the diet forum bruh, you diet must be wack not to gain if your training is good
