training frustration
hi guys
just tryin to get some guidance! can anybody help, ive been training 3,4 somtimes five days a week for a year,on the protien sups (whey) eggs etc. and just seem to be treading water slow gain is the word, just wondered is it possible to try say deca, on a small scale to achieve results without all the terror you read about?

If you just want to gain some quick size you could just eat 1000 more calories a day for 3 days and you would gain weight pretty quick. If you are doing cardio, then stop that and start walking for 15-25 minutes, 3 days a week.
If you were to try deca alone you would be hurting yourself more than help yourself. Just eat, eat, eat.
