    Ah. I... guess I'm the new guy.

    I'm curious and interested in being informed on the world of steroids , obviously. I'm new to such matter but not new to weight lifting. A few things about me:

    I just turned 18 early last month.

    I'm an athlete, I made it to state in wrestling first year out for the sport. I've played two years of varsity football. Could've been a varsity thrower but the coaches are bitches.

    I'm 6' and weigh in around 230.

    I'm more so interested in maxium definition more so then in bulk gain as of right now. Weight gain is good indeed but at 230 definition is more important.

    I would like to know ways of maxiumizing my opportunity to gaining definition.

    Honestly, I'd like a buddy, someone knowledgeable in these areas to give me advice on the field.

    welcome...and your best bet is to follow a steady educated diet and when you turn 21 you can decide if your body is ready for AAS...

    That's my worst area. See, I wrestle at 215 or did. My problem always was I could drop from 230 to 215 in maybe a day and half but I would always gain it back. Sure, water weight and what not but I think my diet had a major factor in the gain. My diet is horrible, I'm not very educated at all in that department.

    Any advice.

    yes replies come quickly this is an awesome board...

    I would suggest reading all the stickies in the diet questions forum...15lbs in one day was water for sure but its still unhealthy...as far as fat goes you should be losing about 2lbs per week...

    After reading a few diets I find myself lost. Such interesting words but they are lost from my grasp. I'm really looking for someone to dumb down a diet. Or even tell me what exactly I should get from a store for a days worth of chew.

    I'm looking to bulk.

    I'm looking to make contacts.

    It would be nice for you to have a rough draft of your diet or a diet you would like to start...

    I'm pretty lost. Do you have aim? Or care to explain the first sentence further? I think, I understand but I perferr to be sure. Mainly, what do you mean by stats?

    age
    training exp.
    goals
    also type out your diet with times etc...kind of like this...

    7am: 45g whey 1/2cup oatmeal

    9am: 1 chicken breast flax oil

    etc...you get the idea
