How goes? I train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and kickboxing for about 2 years now. Until that point i was your basic couch potatoe. I am 6'1 and at that time weighed in at a whopping 360lbs. Now i'm at about 240. Still pretty over weight but still a work in progress. I also weight train MWF. Just thought i'd join and read around to try to get past the hump i have been at for the last 4 months.
