    I have a million ?'s I'm gonna start with an intro

    Whats goin on guys n ladies I am more than excited for being on here....I have been working out for about 7 years on and off but mostly on the most i took off is a year. I weigh in at 225lbs I'm 5'11" about 15%fat alllll natural my whole life and I wanna know who can help me out in getting cut first and then massively huge! anyways hit me guys I see everyone is full of info....PEACEEEEE!!!!!
