Another Newbie
Hey All
Figured I should follow trend and post a welcome message. To further that I will give my reasons for being here as well. Everyone has their little demons and stories why they are here so here is mine...
For years I have been know as "little fella" or "skinny guy" or "little guy" (you can come up with a dozen more after that I'm sure) and frankly I am too the point that it is getting insulting. Ego maybe?? Probably but nonetheless I started in the gym well over a year ago and the progress in minimal. I have been told by many that I have a "Ferrari Metabolism" and in attempt to bring up the calories in my diet has become a real hurdle. I have been researching on every workout site I could find...well I won't get long winded about it here but I guess the best way to describe me is "skinny and frustrated".
Now for the question everyone will ask...What are my stats?
Age: 33
Weight: 155 and holding
Height: 5'9"
B/F: Very little (never really measured it)
Workout regime: 4-5 days a week
A little history about me. Firefighter/EMT and work some strange shifts (7 days on, 7 days off, 7 nights on, 7 days off. 12 hour shifts) Very hard to maintain a consistent workout program or diet for that matter. I will be visiting the other forum areas and posting there as this is not the right place for it.
Feel free to point me in the right direction for various threads. I hope to interact with alot of you over the next while.
Cheers
Jaz

Unfortunately if you are having trouble eating more that will be your biggest problem to over come even on cycle it can be hard to have appetitte and in fact many people lose apetitte while on. Welcome and work the diet to the max before getting on the sauce.

Welcome. I have friends who are EMT's , firefighters and cops. They complain all the time about their sleep and diets being off. Some of them live off of shakes.

Welecome aboard.
You should take what you eat on a given day, write down the times you eat it, and where your workout falls into your day and post it up in the Diet forum. We'd be happy to give you a critique and a push in the right direction.
Good luck gettin BIG!
No I wasn't talkin to you Big...
