    New guy

    Hello folks, new guy here. A little info about me. I've been training consistently and eating well for the past 5-6 years. Currently sitting around 188 at 5'11. Went from being 220 around 30% bf down to 165 at a much lower bf. Been slowly building back up for the last couple years and looking to reach 220 again but at a bf closer to 12-14%. Been natural for that time but have recently become intrigued by gear and would love to learn as much as I can before even thinking of going that route. Look forward to conversing with all of you.
