Please give advice to this new guy!

Hey guys,

Glad to be here. First off I'm 25 years old been training a little over five years. 197 with 12% bf. Looking to do a beginners cycle, and was hoping you could add some wisdom.

Week 1-2 400mg of test-e
Week 1-10 200 mg of deca
Week 1-6 30 E/D Dbol

2 weeks after last pin...

Nolva 2 weeks at 40mg
2 weeks at 20mg

Some say the pct is too weak. Please advise. Also please don't just say what to do but also why.

I am guessing that is a typo and you're actually going to be running test for 12 weeks? I wouldn't recommend deca on your first cycle, especially at only 200mg for 10 weeks. Deca is an incredibly long estered compound, usually it is ran for 14-16 weeks at least. Personally I would stick with test at 500mg/wk, and a simple oral like anavar or dbol to get things started. Being a 19-nor compound you might struggle with prolactin issues arising from deca, so if you ARE going to do it make sure you have a dopamine antagonist on hand just in case. Also, you will want to have an aromatase inhibitor for any estrogen rebound. You can try a combination of nolvadex and clomid for your pct, there is a great protocol on the main page of the site for this. I always recommend using hcg for the ten days after your last pin leading into your pct. Anyways, hope this helps. Good luck!

Don't give advice till you learn yourself. I love mutant though the guys are great.
