    Hi I'm George :)

    Hi I'm George uhm don't know what to say so uhm I'm 6,1 weigh about 13 stone, got some size but a small beer belly (what I'm getting rid of currently) and Ye I play American football and rugby.
    My main aim is to lose excess body fat (been trying for a long time but recently it has slowed down lots) and just have a better physique. So I'm going on clen and thinking of Winnie
