    New to forum

    Hey my name is Emanuel, but my friends call me eman. I am currently 28 years old 5 foot 11 and at 205 lbs and work as a certified personal trainer. As for supplements I mostly stick to a multi vitamin (animal pak) and somtimes cycle creatine. I aslo do mma recreationaly and have been thinking about supplementing with something a little more powerful. But as you can imagine I'm not looking to bulk up just to increase my strenght. This forum so far has been amazing I've been finding answers to every single question i could think of and then some. My first time is a little scary so i want to get all the facts and info correct before I jump straight into it. I do think my first time i will cycle enanthate for 12 weeks then do pct 2 weeks after the test has exited my system. If you have any advice please post
